How do the discount Codes Work

Sometimes our bundles that we have are not to your liking, so these codes allow you to add individual watches to your cart and then at checkout use the codes for discounts. Want to buy 4 of the same watches? Go ahead and use the CUSTOMBUNDLE code to get an extra $20 off.
Are your watches waterproof?
We like to say our watches are splash proof. Feel free to wash your hands or come in contact with small amounts of water.
Cliff jumping off of a 100-foot cliff into the pacific ocean is not recommended.
*Considering we use 100% all-natural wood, prolonged exposure to water isn't recommended. Over time water will penetrate the wood and can leave stains.
I bought a watch but the band is too large. How do I adjust it to fit my wrist?
We highly recommend taking the watch to a watch store in your local mall who'll do it for you! It's fairly cheap and sometimes they even do it for free since its such a quick job.
If you'd like to do it yourself, its fairly easy to do. You can push any small metal pin into the holes on the left side of the straps near the clasp to push out the metal bar that connects the links. Once the link is removed, reconnect the strap with one of the metal bars you removed.
I have small/large wrists. Will your watches fit?
All of our watches, come with removable links making them fully adjustable to fit all wrist sizes. Our watches are suitable for everyone!

Where are Your Watches Made?
We receive most of the watch movements from a manufacturer from Japan and the majority of the wood comes from forrests in China.
What's the diameter of the watches?
The faces of our watches vary from 36mm to 45mm in diameter.

WHERE IS YOUR BUSINESS LOCATED & WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
While our business is an online only shop (we have no storefront), we ship from our warehouse in Canada.
SHIPPING
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is FREE for orders over $100! Otherwise it is $14.50 and will be sent by Insured Expedited Canada Post.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES?
Most of our products are custom made to order, meaning that we do not carry much stock of each item. It takes approximately 1-4 weeks for you to receive your order (but we try for sooner).
Delivery will be via Canada Post and shipping times will vary based on your relative distance from us here in BC.
All Orders will receive a tracking number to follow.
Most orders should take less than 14 days to get to you, but the pandemic has caused delays at times.
When will my order ship?

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
You may return your item for a full refund or product exchange within 30 days from the date the item is delivered to you. If you are still waiting for your order and wish to cancel, no problem! We'll give you a full refund if you don't want to wait. See more info here --> Refund Policy

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE TO PROCESS?
Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to fully process, but can take up to 7 days to show up on your card.
Why did you take my money out of my account and my order has not shipped yet?

ALL orders placed on our site are automatically charged to your form of payment (credit card or debit card) upon placing the order. We do not "take your money" out of your account; when you place an order from us you agree for the shown total order value to be charged to your form of payment immediately. I was double charged by accident
First of all thanks for purchasing with us!
Hopefully you'll recall a problem submitting the order initially and submitting the order more than once before it going through.
Although the transaction didn't go through, your card issuing bank may place the requested funds on a hold - thus appearing as though another valid charge was made.
The hold on the funds will remain until it is removed by your card issuer.
The time frame for how long these funds are held is entirely up to the card issuer, the industry average is 7 days for credit cards and 3 days for debit cards; although, some banks will hold the funds for up to 30 days.
Your online report will show these charges likely as "Pending".
MY ORDER IS GETTING DECLINED, WHY?
99% Of the time there is an issue with placing your order, it's because you have recently moved.
Your billing address needs to be set to the address your credit card is registered to.
If that's the case, untoggling my shipping address is the same as billing address.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION YET!
The most likely reason is that your order confirmation went to spam or junk. We've had this issue frequently with popular email platforms like Hotmail/Outlook and Yahoo. So please check your spam folder and mark the item as "not spam"
